Utah Referral Brokerage Fees Explained
Understand ARN membership pricing and how referral transaction fees work for Utah licensees.
Annual affiliation fee
ARN charges $100 annually for membership. This is separate from the referral transaction fee and any state licensing or renewal fees that may apply.
Referral transaction fees
ARN normally deducts a $500 fee when a referred transaction closes. Its published policy describes a 25% exception when the gross referral commission exceeds $10,000; the precise calculation is confirmed before deduction. Refer to the current ARN agreement for binding details.
